Mr. W.O. Kok, member of the Executive Board (COO) of Telegraaf Media Groep N.V. has decided to continue his career elsewhere; the reason being a difference of opinion within the Executive Board regarding the groups future policy.

After mutual consultation the parties involved have agreed to a discontinuance of the employment period as of 31st August 2005.

The responsibilities of Mr. Kok will be taken over by the other members of the executive board of Telegraaf Media Groep: A.J. Swartjes (CEO), F.Th.J. Arp (CFO) and J. Olde Kalter (member). The Executive Board is deliberating about a successor for the post.
