FOR HIM MAGAZINE, THE INTERNATIONAL MAGAZINE FOR MEN, ALSO IN THE NETHERLANDS FROM SEPTEMBER ON.
From 21 September 2000 on, FHM, the internationally successful men's monthly magazine will also be published in the Netherlands - by De Telegraaf Tijdschriften Groep.
FHM's target group is boyish men aged between 18 and 35. FHM's treats any topic that is interesting to men. There is a special focus on attractive, famous women, relationships, work and career, everything ranging from cooking to culture and one's own living environment. FHM set itself apart by an unique blend of thorough journalism, useful information and a highly accessible, humorous style of writing.
FHM will appear 10 times a year. The first issues will total 100,000 copies and paid circulation for the first year has been projected at 50,000 copies. Chief editor will be Jan Heemskerk, the current chief editor of MAN.
As well as in the Netherlands, FHM is also published in the United Kingdom, South Africa, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Turkey, France and the United States. FHM is currently market leader in most of these countries.
