Keesing Media Group, a subsidiary of TMG (Telegraaf Media Groep), has sold Editions de Saxe S.A.S., located in Lyon. The sale is effective as of October 1, 2007.

The sale of this publishing company for leisure magazines is a logical consequence of Keesing’s policy to concentrate on publishing puzzle magazines and digital games in Europe.
