TTG sells Voetbal Magazine

The Telegraaf Tijdschriften Groep (TTG) has reached an agreement with BCM concerning the purchase of Voetbal Magazine by BCM. TTG has decided to sell Voetbal Magazine because this title does not fit into the portfolio of TTG. A specific title like Voetbal Magazine requires very special attention, particularly in the advertising market. This results in too little synergism.

BCM looks upon the purchase as a reinforcement of its title portfolio. The purchase fits into BCM’s strategy of further expanding its magazine package, especially in the field of sports publications.

TTG publishes Autovisie, MAN, FHM, Residence, Gardens & Country, Esquire, Elegance, Hitkrant, CosmoGirl!, Privé and Starstyle.

BCM holds a leading position in the field of equestrian sports, both with regard to magazines and events. Among other titles, BCM publishes Hoefslag, Dier en Vriend, Paard en Sport, Onze Hond, Duikkrant, Draf en Ren, CAP, Horse International and L’Annee Hippique. Apart from publishing, BCM is active as the organiser of about 25 equestrian events; among them: Berlin, Monaco, Maastricht, Dusseldorf, Munich, Eindhoven and Twente.
